The Access Services Department staffs the 24-hour Help Desk on the first floor. These are the folks who will check your library materials in and out, answer basic informational questions, and help you with the computers & printers on the ground floor. This team is responsible for maintaining the order of the general book collection and special collections throughout the library. The department’s student employees and staff are trained in assisting patrons with book location, renewals, recalls, overdues, interlibrary loan requests, course reserves, maintaining patron records, and basic informational questions.
