Unity in Diversity Days are held once a semester and feature events dedicated to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion at Merrimack.
"The two-day event was first introduced in Oct. 2020 to underscore Merrimack’s commitment to ongoing education, reflection and action on diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice. Speakers, workshops, and cultural events have addressed such issues as racial injustice, gender equality and LGBTQ+ rights, disability and accessibility, systemic inequalities exposed by COVID-19 and more. Following the enthusiastic response to the fall 2020 and spring 2021 events, which attracted over 5,000 people, Unity in Diversity Days will be held once a semester."
