Putting Items on Course Reserve
- Faculty members can submit course reserve requests using the Reserve Request form below or emailing circ@merrimack.edu
- Faculty members may submit course reserve material for the duration of the semester in which a course is offered.
- Faculty members may provide the library with a list items to pull from the general collection, or submit personal copies, to be placed on course reserve. If the requested item is unavailable, the faculty member will be notified as soon as possible.
- Under no circumstances will faculty members be allowed to place interlibrary loaned material on course reserve.
- Reference materials will only be placed on course reserve after consulting with the liaison librarian of that subject area.
- Instructor copies of textbooks cannot be placed on reserve due to publisher restrictions.
- Course reserve items can include DVDs, books, e-books, kits, and articles (subject to our copyright policy).
