CONTACTLESS BOOK PICKUP SERVICE

New service!  Starting FALL 2020!

Merrimack Faculty, staff and students can now place requests for contactless material pickup for books.  McQuade Staff members will find the items you’ve requested on our shelves and you will receive an email notice when they are ready for you.  Processing times for these requests may vary.

Contactless Pickup Instructions

  • You will receive an email once your materials are ready outlining pickup instructions  

  • When your items are ready, you can pick them up anytime that the library is open. 

  • When you arrive at the library, please go to Library Services Help Desk (counter to your left after you enter building).  Look for a bag with your name on it.

  • To maintain social distancing, staff will not hand items directly to a patron.

  • To ensure the safety of staff and patrons, social distancing will be maintained at all times. In accordance with Merrimack’s safety protocols, library staff will be wearing face coverings, and patrons in the library are expected to also wear a face covering.

  • If you are a remote learner and/or would like to make alternate arrangements to pick up library materials, please contact circulation@merrimack.edu
