Welcome to this Construction Management Library Guide.  Use this guide to help you find resources to help you complete your assignments.  If you need additional help, please stop by the Research Center on the 2nd floor of McQuade Library!

Steps for Getting Started

1. Select a topic: If you are having problems coming up with a topic, check out this page in the Global Issues database, or try browsing the many Construction Engineering journals in Browzine.

2. Gather background information: Use Google. Try searching AccessScience, AccessEngineering, and Gale Ebooks, and other encyclopedias and reference sources. Search the McQuade Library Catalog to find books on your topic.

3. Identify current research and future trends: To find the latest articles about your topic, you'll need to look for journal articles. Try the following databases as well as MACKsearch and Google Scholar:

4. Cite your sources: If you need help with APA format, check out the page on APA to help get you started.  If you have any questions, stop by the Research Center on the 2nd floor of McQuade Library and ask!
